Conditions for deposit/donation of audiovisual files

To deposit/donate audiovisual files, the applicant should send the recordings/photos and a spreadsheet containing associated data to Fonoteca's email (fnjv.unicamp@gmail.com) or through this form. Recordings data should be as complete as possible (click here to download a spreadsheet model to donate audio files and here to donate video and photos files). The catalog numbers will be provided after the acceptance and incorporation of these recordings in the collections.

Files data is accessible on Fonoteca’s website and on SpeciesLink). Recordings are not available for free download on the internet but may be requested and granted by the Audiovisual Collections curators.

All sound, photos, and video files rights of use (commercial or other) are transferred to FNJV and Audiovisual Collections when they are deposited/donated. When donating your files, you declare that you have read and agree to the Conditions for deposit/donation of audiovisual files.
